From glazed blush to peachy, glossy lips, trust Suhana Khan to show us ‘it’ girl beauty in its trendiest form. Her recent makeup look centered around dewy skin, well-blended contours and loads of highlighter—and is perfect for your next night out or a special occasion. Ahead, we tell you exactly how to recreate it right at home.

The base
Tinted moisturisers, effective primers and multipurpose concealers are a must-have if you want to achieve a lit-from-within glow. Suhana’s look championed the your-skin-but-better energy when it came to her base makeup for this look.
To start off, use a hydrating moisturiser and a generous amount of SPF on your skin; and then a dewy, illuminating primer to prep your face for the next steps. Then, move on to applying a lightweight concealer that gives you your desired coverage. You can use a full-coverage concealer for spot correction and opt for a sheer formula in other areas that don’t require much product. When it comes to foundation, you can experiment with coverage. Go for a liquid formula to prevent creasing and settling in dry patches.

The eyes
Brows: When it comes to brows, Suhana’s makeup artist Mehak Oberoi tells us that she’s into fanned out, naturally filled brows. So start by brushing your brows upwards. Create short strokes using a brow pencil to fill them in naturally. Once done, use a clear or tinted gel product to set them.
Lids: To get the bronzed look, begin by applying a light brown eyeshadow in the inner corners and blend it into a deeper shade along the outer corners. Use a brush to blend thoroughly. Apply a delicate layer of kajal along the upper and lower lash line, followed by a generous coat of mascara to complete the look.

Lips
Exfoliate your lips with a scrub to ensure they’re prepped for application. Then, apply a light layer of lip balm to moisturise, followed by a peachy pink lipstick. Finish off with a thick coat of gloss to add that extra glow.

Final touches
To add extra dimension, apply cream contour along the cheekbones, bridge of the nose and edges of the face. This will add depth and give an overall lift to your look.
For blush, Oberoi suggests a dual-ended approach. “I recommend using a cream-based product. Always set it or layer it with a powder blush of the same family or colour.”
Lastly, for a dewy look, a highlighter always comes in handy. Apply a powder highlighter along all the high points of your face. Blend it well to achieve a glowy, sheen-like finish. Use a setting spray to set everything in place—and you’re good to go.
