The idea of the Invisibobble was born by Sophie Trelles-Tvede when she attended a university party with a ponytail experiment she made with an old telephone cord that she used to tie up her hair. The next morning she realized that the cord was still firmly holding her hair in place without causing a headache, unlike other hair accessories, and there the concept of Invisibobble was born. The idea, however, needed further help, and it took Sophie and her business partner Felix 6 months and the support of several German technicians to design the first-ever Invisibobble. The first trial launch took place in Germany in 2012, and after a year of gathering customer feedback to improve the product, in 2013, Invisibobble was introduced to the international market. The brand crafts unique hairstyling products that meet the hair grooming needs of many. The demand for their clever hair products has been on the rise ever since and is now available worldwide.
