With a plethora of attractive offers and promotions running on our site, it’s you we want to be the winner all the way. While every product we host on the site is something we would want to wear / use ourselves, not each of them is eligible for coupons, promotions or offers. They apply on select merchandise only. You can refer to individual offer eligibilities on a product page, to choose what you like best.

 

If you choose to return or cancel purchase of any product, the amount that would be refunded to you would be the final product price on your invoice that you may have received after availing all offer benefits. This will, of course, be subject to a sign-off from our QC team after inspecting the returned items.

You would be eligible for the First Purchase Offer only if you are about to make your first-ever purchase on the site. However, if you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you will no longer be eligible for availing this offer again.

Please note that TIRA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of any of the offers or promotions offered on the Platforms at any given time.

1. About TIRA

Reliance Retail Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Court House, Lokmanya Tilak Marg, Dhobi Talao, Mumbai – 400 002, Maharashtra, India ("TIRA") owns and operates the website www.tirabeauty.com and its mobile and tablet applications (collectively, “Platforms”) for sale of various beauty and personal care products ("Products") to end customers on the Platforms ("Users").

 

2. What is this TIRA Promotions Policy?

2.1. TIRA from time to time, may organise various promotions, contests, offers including discounts, vouchers, coupons, campaigns, and sales with respect to the Products sold on the Platforms. This TIRA Promotions Policy (“TIRA Promotions Policy”), together with the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the fee and payments policy, and the delivery and the shipping policy, set out TIRA’s procedures and policies in offering promotions, contests, offers, discounts, vouchers, coupons, campaigns and sales on the Platforms from time to time (“Promotions”). In addition to this TIRA Promotions Policy, any return of the Products by Users shall also be governed by, and be subject to the terms and conditions set out under TIRA’s return and refund policy.

2.2. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this TIRA Promotions Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this TIRA Promotions Policy, you are advised not to accept the terms and conditions and may forthwith leave the Platforms. The terms contained in this TIRA Promotions Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms. If there is any conflict between the TIRA Promotions Policy and any other policies of TIRA, the TIRA Promotions Policy shall prevail.

 

3. General Terms of Promotions

3.1. TIRA may, from time to time offer various Promotions to its Users to create, encourage and sustain User interest in the Products. It is specifically clarified that all discounts offered by TIRA as a part of its Promotions on the Products shall exclude all convenience charges including charges that may accrue on the delivery of the Products to the Users, if any.

3.2. TIRA reserves the right to introduce the Promotions (individually or collectively) at intervals of its choice. While the general terms of this Promotions Policy sets out TIRA’s terms and conditions governing all of its Promotions, TIRA may also provide separate terms governing each one of its Promotions. While choosing to participate in the Promotions, the Users are, apart from this Promotions Policy, requested to peruse and understand the terms which govern individual Promotions. TIRA may, at any time and without having to service any prior notice to the User, modify or delete its Promotions or the terms and conditions governing such Promotions.

3.3. TIRA may provide the Promotions on a select range or on all of its Products. The Promotions may also be applicable on any, or certain specific purchases carried out by the User on the Platforms. Further, without having to service any notice on the User, TIRA may withdraw all, or a part of its Promotions from the Platforms.

3.4. As part of the Promotions, TIRA may offer the following offers on select Products on the Platforms: (a) Trade Discounts; and (b) Coupon Discounts (together, the “Discounts”). Notwithstanding the term of the Promotions, the Discounts will be operational only until stocks last, and TIRA shall reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Discounts at any time.

3.5. Trade discounts are regular discounts which are provided by TIRA for the benefit of Users from time to time. The trade discounts are independent of any other Promotions, and will be extended to only a select range of Products as indicated on the Platforms (“Trade Discounts”). The Trade Discounts shall offer discounts up to a certain percentage on the maximum-retail price (“MRP”) of the Products, and the User will only be required to pay the MRP of the Product as reduced by the amount of Trade Discount (“List Price”). The range of Trade Discounts offered on a Product may increase or decrease at any time during the term of the Promotions at the sole discretion of TIRA, and TIRA shall not be required to serve a prior written notice intimating such change in the range of discounts to the Users.

3.6. In addition to the Trade Discounts, TIRA may also offer discount vouchers or coupon discounts on a select range of Products as indicated on the Platforms (“Coupon Discounts”). All Products available for sale on the Coupon Discount, may not necessarily have an applicable Trade Discount, and any combination thereof with Trade Discounts shall be at the sole discretion of TIRA. Please note the discount amount or percentage mentioned under each Coupon Discount indicates the maximum discount that can be availed on the relevant coupon. The actual discount amount passed to the User when redeeming a coupon may vary depending on the nature of products, brands and/or category of product being purchases by the User. Therefore the actual discount availed by the User may be less than the maximum discount shown on the relevant coupon.

3.7. From time to time, TIRA will also offer discount for Products under the Buy X Get Y Offer (“BX GY Offer”), under which upon purchase of a certain quantity of Products (“X”), Users will be offered a 100% discount on the List Price of certain other quantity of Products (“Y”), such discount being applicable to Products with the lowest List Price amongst the chosen Products. The benefit availed by a User from the discounted Products would be apportioned amongst the Products purchased on a weighted average basis. Accordingly, in case of return of any Products purchased under the BX GY Offer, the refund payable by TIRA on such Products would be the value of the Products calculated on a weighted average basis. The number and catalogue of Products available under the BX GY Offer will be displayed on the Platforms from time to time, at its sole discretion.

3.8. From time to time, TIRA will also offer discounts for Products under the Buy A at B offer (“BA AB Offer”), under which upon purchase of a certain quantity of Products (“A”), Users will be offered the bundle of products at a pre-decided bundle price (“B”). The benefit availed by a User from the bundled promotion would be apportioned amongst the Products purchased on a weighted average basis. Accordingly, in case of return of any Products purchased under the BA AB Offer, the refund payable by TIRA on such Product would be the value of the Product calculated on a weighted average basis. The number and catalogue of Products available under the BA AB Offer will be displayed on the Platforms from time to time, at TIRA’s sole discretion.

3.9. If TIRA partners with any third party in connection with Promotions, any terms and conditions of such Promotions provided by the third party will also be applicable on such Promotions.

3.10. TIRA reserves the right to cancel any purchase of the Products carried out using means including, but not limited to, invalid or unauthorized use of Promotions on the Platforms. TIRA shall at all times have the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against any website, entity or individual engaged in unauthorized publication of information pertaining to the Promotions. The Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.

3.11. Cancellation of Products: Subject to paragraph 3.1 of TIRA’s cancellation, return and refund policy, if a User intends to cancel the purchase of a Product offered through the Promotions, and such cancellation has been accepted by TIRA, such User shall be entitled to a refund of the exact amount paid by the User for purchase of such Products on the Platforms. By way of an illustration, up to 30% discount as mentioned in a coupon means that you can avail a maximum discount of 30% depending on the factors as mentioned above. 

3.11.1. A User’s order reflects the purchase of a single Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, and the User makes an online payment of a sum of INR 1,280 at the time of placing the order on the Platforms. Upon cancellation of the Product in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280. If the User had opted for prepaid orders, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment.

3.11.2. A User’s order reflects the purchase of two Products: (a) the first Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, totalling up to INR 1,280, and (b) the second Product whose MRP is INR 1,500, with no applicable Discounts. The User makes payment of a total amount of INR 2,780 through credit card at the time of placing the order on the Platforms. Upon cancellation of the first Product in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280. Upon cancellation of the second Product in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,500. Upon cancellation of both the Products in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 2,780. If the User had opted for prepaid orders, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment.

3.12. Return of Products: Subject to paragraph 3 of TIRA’s cancellation, return and refund policy, if a User desires to return Products which have been purchased during the term of relevant Promotions, and such return has been accepted by TIRA, the User shall be entitled to a refund of the exact amount paid by the User for purchase of the Products on the Platforms. By way of an illustration:

3.12.1. A User’s order reflects the purchase of a single Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, and the User pays a sum of INR 1,280 for purchase of the Product. Upon return of the Product in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280.

3.12.2. A User’s order reflects the purchase of two Products: (a) the first Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, totalling up to INR 1,280, and (b) the second Product whose MRP is INR 1,500, with no applicable Discounts. Upon return of the first Product in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280. Upon return of the second Product in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,500. Upon return of both the Products in accordance with the TIRA Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 2,780.

3.13. As a part of the Promotions, TIRA offers end of season sale/special sale events from time to time (“Special Sale”) which shall subsist only until stocks offered for Special Sale last. The Special Sale shall offer discounts on the MRP up to a certain percentage on select merchandise. The range of discounts offered on the Products may increase or decrease at any time during the Special Sale at the sole discretion of TIRA and TIRA shall not be required to serve a prior written notice intimating such change in the range of discounts to the Users.

3.14. Promotions may be combined only at the sole discretion of TIRA. All Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value. Without having to service a prior notice on the User, TIRA reserves the sole right to extend or terminate the Promotions.

3.15. If the performance of TIRA in respect of any of the Promotions is prevented or delayed due to any circumstances including but not limited to the incidence of computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other circumstances of a similar nature beyond the control of TIRA, TIRA shall not be liable for the consequences of such non-performance.

3.16. By the User’s participation in the Promotions, the User agreed to indemnify and hold harmless TIRA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents and representatives from any and all claims including reasonable attorney fees and costs arising out of the User’s participation in the Promotions.

Terms of Specific Promotions

 

4. Coupon Discounts on the Platforms

The Users will be able to avail the following types of Coupon Discounts on the Platforms:

First Purchase Offer Coupons

4.1 The First Purchase Offer is a promotional offer for all Users who are making their first purchase on the Platforms (“First Purchase Offer”). The coupons available under the First Purchase Offer are as follows:

4.1.1 TIRA100 – Up to INR 100 off on minimum order value of INR 599 (Valid only on First Order, On Web & App Both)

4.2 The First Purchase Offer will commence on a date as notified on the Platforms, and will continue until the First Purchase Offer is discontinued by TIRA.

4.3 The First Purchase Offer coupons are applicable on select Products sold on the Platforms only users.

4.4 Users may avail the benefit of the First Purchase Offer coupons only once or as otherwise specified in this Tira Promotions Policy.

4.5 The maximum discount that can be availed under any coupon under the First Purchase Offer will be set out in the relevant coupon.

4.6 Participation in this First Purchase Offer is purely voluntary.

4.7 This coupon under First Purchase Offer is valid on all payment modes.

4.8 In case of cancelation or return of a placed order, the availed discount will be proportionally reversed by TIRA.

4.9 The First Purchase Offer coupons may also be subject to additional terms and conditions as TIRA may notify from time to time.

4.10 The Promotional Coupons form a part of our Promotions and are made available to all eligible users who are transacting on the Platforms (“Promotional Coupons”). The Promotional Coupons are as follows:

4.10.1. TIRA20 – Up to 20% discount on minimum order value of INR 1000. Max coupon discount up to INR 1000 (On Web & App Both)

4.10.2. TIRA500 – Up to INR 500 off on minimum order value of INR 1500 (On Web & App Both)

4.10.3. TIRATUE – Up to INR 2000 off on minimum order value of INR 5000 (Valid only on Tuesday, On Web & App Both)

4.10.4. TIRANOV – Up to 25% off on minimum order value of INR 1999. Maximum discount INR 1500. (On Web & App Both)

4.11 The Promotional Coupons will be valid for the period as notified on the Platforms.

4.12 The Promotional Coupons are applicable to select Products sold on the Platforms only for Users.

4.13 Users may avail the benefit of the Promotional Coupons only once or as otherwise specified in these Tira Promotions Polivcy.

4.14 The maximum discount that can be availed under each Promotional Coupon will be mentioned in the relevant Promotional Coupon. The discount offered under the Promotional Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts offered by TIRA (other than Trade Discounts).

4.15 Participation in Promotional Coupons is purely voluntary.

4.16 The Promotional Coupons are valid on all payment modes.

4.17 In case of cancellation or return of a placed order, the availed discount will be proportionally reversed by TIRA.

4.18 The Promotional Coupons may also be subject to additional terms and conditions as TIRA may notify from time to time.

4.19 Certain coupons either under (i) First Purchase Offer; and/or (ii) Promotional Coupons may not be active from time to time. Please refer below to the list of inactive coupons:

5. Other Terms

5.1 TIRA reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the Promotions or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required, including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Users without prior notice.

5.2 In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, TIRA reserves the right to revoke the Promotions and disqualify any User from getting the benefits of the Promotions.

5.3 TIRA does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

5.4 TIRA will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotions including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Users that is caused by:

5.4.1. Technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer

5.4.2. Loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount

5.4.3. Any other events beyond TIRA’s control that may cause the Promotions to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the User.

5.5 User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep TIRA harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by TIRA as a consequence of:

5.5.1. Violation of these terms and conditions by the User

5.5.2. Violation of applicable laws

5.5.3. Any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the Users part.

5.6 User agrees that the Tira Promotions Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Tira Promotions Policy.

11.11 GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION:

1. The 11.11 Giveaway is a promotional offer to receive assured gifts provided by Reliance Retail Limited (“RRL”), which can be accessed on the website www.tirabeauty.com and its corresponding mobile application (hereinafter collectively defined as “Tira Platform”).

2. In addition to the Gifts, certain Participants may also become eligible to receive Additional Gifts, subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.

2. DEFINITIONS:

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the expressions used as shown herein-under shall have the meaning ascribed to them as shown herein-below:

   1. “Company” means RRL and/or such of its affiliates, associates, representatives or service providers as may be nominated by RRL from time to time;

   2. “Offer” refers to promotional scheme “11.11 Giveaway”, whereby the Participants are entitled to receive the guaranteed gift of a beauty product that will be given to the Participant, as per these Terms and Conditions;

   3. “Participant(s)” shall mean any person who registers and/or participates in the Offer and who (i) is above eighteen (18) years of age as on the date of participation; (ii) is a citizen of India and not residing in the state of Tamil Nadu (iii) is of sound mind and health and (iv) agrees to enter into and participate in the Offer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions;

   4. “Gift(s)” shall mean any or all gift(s) received by Participants as set out in these Terms and Conditions;

   5. “Additional Gifts” shall mean any discretionary Gift that may be given to certain Participants at the sole discretion of the Company from time to time, and shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

   6. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions governing the Offer, as stated herein in entirety and as may be amended by the Company from time to time;

3. PROCEDURE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OFFER:

1. Participation

   1. The Participants should participate in the Offer by accessing Tira Platform and subsequently creating an account on the Tira Platform and making a purchase of INR 2,000 or more from Tira Platform to be eligible for the Offer of guaranteed Gifts. The Offer will be available on Tira Platform for the period 11^th November, 2025, 11:00 AM to 11^th November, 2025, 11:00 PM (“Schedule”).

   2. The Schedule could be added to, modified or cancelled based on programming/ technical requirements / issues.

   3. The mobile number linked to the Participant’s account will be used to identify the Participant. 

   4. Any entry for participation in the Offer is not transferrable.

   5. The Participant may be required to furnish necessary supporting documentation as proof of age, address, name, photo identity and nationality that may be required by the Company.

   6. The Company has the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility from Participant. The Company may, at its discretion, contact the Participant, if required, for any clarifications needed for the information provided by the Participant and Participant will provide the requisite information.

   7. The failure to provide proof of eligibility, upon request by the Company may result in cancellation of the assured. The Company also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant in case where a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Participant.

   8. All personal details and information requested by and supplied to the Company by each Participant must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participants from the Offer at its sole discretion, should the Participants at any stage supply untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

2. Registration

   1. Eligibility to receive the Gifts or Additional Gifts under the Offer shall be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of Tira Platform.

   2. The Participant will have to make the purchase of INR 2000 from the Tira Platform to be eligible to receive the guaranteed Gifts under the Offer.

   3. The Company may, in accordance with the laws prevailing in certain Indian states, bar individuals residing in such states from participating in the Offer. Currently, Participant residing in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu are prohibited from participating in the Offer as per applicable state laws.

   4. A Participant has to mandatorily declare that he / she is not residing in the states of Tamil Nadu in order avail the benefit of the Offer.

   5. Being part of the promotional scheme shall be deemed to be acceptance by the Participant(s) to receive promotional messages from the Company or any third party so authorized by the Company.

   6. The Offer is subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. Non-conformance by any Participant to the Terms and Conditions will disqualify him/her from receiving the gifts, immediately, as the case may be.

4. GIFTS AND ADDITIONAL GIFTS:

1. Participant Selection for Additional Gifts

   1. The Participants eligible to receive the Additional Gifts shall be randomly selected from amongst all eligible Participants in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The selection shall be conducted by the Company in a fair and transparent manner, and the decision of the Company in this regard shall be final and binding on all Participants.

   2. The selection and announcement of such Participants shall be conducted through a live session hosted on the official social media handles of Tira on 25th November, 2025 (“Announcement Date”).

   3. The Participants selected for the Additional Gifts shall be informed of their selection through in-app notifications, electronic mail, and/or such other mode of communication as the Company may deem appropriate in its sole discretion.

   4. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to alter, postpone, or cancel the Announcement Date, or to modify the platform and/or manner of conducting the live session or notifying the selected Participants.

   5. Any number of Participants may be determined eligible for Additional Gifts depending upon the duration of the scheme and availability of Additional Gifts.
      
       

2. List of Gifts and Additional Gifts 

   1. Gifts

      1. Participants will be eligible to the following Gift:

1. Additional 10% off coupon. Participants will be eligible to claim an additional 10% off coupon, which will be credited after the return window of 14 days is over. The Gift will be auto added & applied to the cart at the time of checkout. For additional terms and conditions governing discounts and promotional offers, please refer to such terms in the Tira Promotions Terms and Conditions. 

   1. Additional Gifts

      1. Certain Participants may, at the sole discretion of the Company, be eligible to receive Additional Gifts.

      2. Additional Gifts may include:

1. Dyson Airwrap I.D. Ceramic Patina & Topaz Multi-Styler & Dryer (“Dyson Airwap”). Participants selected for this Additional Gift shall be entitled to receive a Dyson Airwrap. The Dyson Airwrap shall be delivered to the address provided by the Participant, and the Participant shall be required to furnish a valid delivery address in the manner communicated by the Company. Applicable warranty and after-sales support shall be governed by the manufacturer’s terms. All applicable taxes, if any, in relation to the Dyson Airwrap shall be borne solely by the Participant. For additional terms and conditions governing discounts and promotional offers, please refer to such terms in the Tira Promotions Terms and Conditions.

3. Terms and Conditions for Gifts and Additional Gifts

   1. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to institute one or more Gift / Additional Gifts for the Offer and the Terms and Conditions attendant thereto, including whether such Gift / Additional Gifts are daily, weekly, cumulative, non-cumulative or any combination thereof.

   2. The Company reserves the right to withdraw any of the Gift / Additional Gifts as provided herein-under, at any point of time, including after they have been announced.

   3. The Company may, in its sole discretion, exclude a Participant from participating in any part of the Offer which may include without limitation (i) circumstances which, in the Company's view, renders the Participant unfit to participate therein; (ii) inability to produce documentation specified by the Company proving the identity of the Participant; (iii) any other reason that, at the discretion of Company, would adversely impact the Company. 

   4. Company will use the number used to register on the Tira Platform by the Participant to identify the Participant, if any. Inability on the part of the Participant to accordingly show or provide the required identification proof (if requested by the Company) could entitle the Company to disqualify the Participant from any winnings.

   5. If at any point it is determined by the Company that any person has tampered with the Tira Platform, the Offer, or any data / servers / database / etc. related to the Offer, the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to revoke or cancel winnings of any such Participant and / or initiate litigation as deemed fit and necessary by the Company.

   6. The delivery of any Gift / Additional Gifts, including the Terms and Conditions applicable thereto, shall be determined by the Company. The Company will not be responsible should the Participant refuse to accept and/or be unavailable or incapacitated in any manner whatsoever to accept the Gift as made available.

   7. Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable on the Gift(s) / Additional Gifts received by the Participants under the laws of India shall be borne by the Participants in relation to the relevant Gift / Additional Gifts.

   8. The Gift / Additional Gifts to the Participants shall be subject to deduction of all applicable taxes and levies and subject to the relevant Participants’ providing the relevant documents as may be prescribed by the Company within stipulated time and subject to the Participants’ adherence to the applicable conditions, for the purposes of availing the Gift(s).

   9. The Participant agrees that the delivery of his/her relevant Gift / Additional Gifts may be delayed as a result of a delay in submission of documents and/ or any force majeure events which are not within the control of the Company.

   10. The Participant hereby agrees that he/ she shall not hold the Company responsible for any delays and/ or disputes and/or claims arising out of any Gift / Additional Gifts that such Participant may be entitled to, and shall indemnify the Company against any and all such claims.

   11. The Company may refuse to provide the Gift / Additional Gifts or reclaim any Gift / Additional Gifts already provided, in the event of any fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement on the part of any of such Participants to participate in the Offer under the Terms and Conditions.

4. Special Terms and Conditions for Gift and Additional Gifts

   1. With respect to the Gifts / Additional Gifts, special conditions applicable, if any, will be notified by the Company, from time to time. However, the Company does not guarantee or assure the completeness and accuracy of such special conditions, including any updation or revision thereof from time to time.

   2. The Company shall not be, in any manner, responsible for any decision taken by a Participant to avail any Gifts.

5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The participation in the Offer shall be considered to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Participant shall undertake, warrant and guarantee to the Company that the Participant has the full legal capacity to participate in the Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Offer at his / her free will and is willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the Offer.

4. The Company reserves the right to amend (add, delete or modify) the Terms and Conditions prospectively or retrospectively, at its discretion and without prior notice, in order to improve the Offer or remedy any issues that occur or for any other reason as the Company may deem fit.

5. The Company has the right at any time to terminate the Offer without any prior intimation or notice to the public and also the Company is not obligated in any manner whatsoever to compensate any person or persons who have participated in the Offer.

6. In case the Participant(s) is found to be in violation of any and all rules/process of the Offer, the Company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such person(s) including but not limited to having the concerned Participant to refund the Gift(s) / Additional Gifts together with penalty interest as deemed fit by the Company. If at any time, including after disbursement of Gift(s) / Additional Gifts, any information submitted by the Participant(s) is found to be incorrect, false, or otherwise misrepresented or misleading, the Company shall be liable to reclaim the Gift(s) / Additional Gifts from the Participant(s).

7. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she may receive certain notifications relating to the Offer on their device. At any given point of time, if the Participant decides to not receive notification, he/she may turn off such notifications through app settings.

8. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.

9. These Terms and Conditions and the Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Participant(s) submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.

10. The Company is in no manner whatsoever responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any physical injury, death, mental trauma caused to any Participant(s) and/or the Participant(s) in any manner whatsoever, in relation to the Offer and/or Gift(s) / Additional Gifts.

11. The Participant(s) hereby agree to indemnify the Company or its affiliates against any claims that might arise from their actions or omissions while participating in the Offer.
