Liquid Contour

Liquid contour: Everything you need to know

Nowadays, contouring has become one of the most popular steps in the beauty routine, and ever since different cosmetics have been launched, liquid contours have been the favourite choice of people. Powder contours were the standard for a long time, but liquid contours allow you to pinpoint the application and are so easy to blend that the result is a naturally sculpted and balanced look on your face.

Liquid contour makeup has completely transformed the way our facial features are shaped and enhanced. This is the perfect product for newbies who are still learning their way around the makeup world as well as for experts who have already mastered the technique and are seeking a more polished finish. Made with a sheer texture, these items are easy to layer and blend, thus helping you get the flawless finish every time. They are also formulated with essential contouring elements you'll love and need in your makeup kit. We at Tira believe that a good makeup kit is incomplete without a quality liquid contour stick that caters to every skin type. We bring you the best liquid contour options to ensure your makeup routine is effortless, precise, and professional.

How to apply liquid contour?

Step 1: Choose the right shade?

Select a liquid contour shade that complements your skin tone. If you want a simple, natural-looking finish then go for a shade that is slightly darker than your foundation. Tira provides you with amazing liquid contour sticks that can be used by all skin types, among the products being liquid contour for dry skin and liquid contour for oily skin.

Step 2: Prep your skin

The first and foremost thing is that you should have a spotless, well-hydrated skin. Use a primer to give your skin that even smoothness and to make your liquid cream contour stick onto your skin better. When you get your skin prepped in this way, you get to wear your contour makeup for a longer time and it blends uniformly.

Step 3: Apply strategically

Take advantage of the liquid contour stick to draw the edges of the parts you want to be emphasized-the area under the cheekbones, the jawline, the sides of the nose, and the hairline. Besides that, if you want to create a softer look then a little application on the temples and under the chin won't hurt.

Step 4: Blend thoroughly

A damp beauty sponge or a contour brush can be handy for you when you want to blend your liquid face contour with your skin. Blending is essential to avoid streaks and achieve a natural, sculpted look. Don't apply too much product at once Instead, gradually build up the layers for more definition.

Step 5: Set with powder (optional)

Lock in your softly blended liquid contour with a light dusting of translucent powder for a colour-locking finish perfect for oily skin or long wear.

Step 6: Enhance with highlight

Finish your liquid contour with a highlighter to highlight the sculpted appearance. Just dab it where the light naturally hits your face - cheekbones, bridge of the nose, and brow bone - thus finishing your makeup.

Benefits of using liquid contour

Prepared in dry skin and oily skin varieties, liquid contour is capable of adapting different skin textures and delivering a smooth, long-lasting finish.

• Easy application

With the help of the liquid contour stick, the application is very targeted, and so, even beginners can easily replicate the results of professionals.
